Since the acquisition of Expac (Preston) Ltd in 2016 by Graham Royle, Chairman & CEO of GRI Group Ltd, the business has entered a dramatic phase of fundamental growth with several rounds of strategic investments in talented people, technology, capital equipment and infrastructure.
During the last 5 years, Expac has invested more than £2.5m on new plant and machinery, tremendously increasing technology, capacity and capability.
Turnover in 2020 is already 4.5x that of 2016 and the plans for 2021 will see this grow by yet another 50%.
Expac’s management continues to deliver improved passion, innovation, quality and service to our Retail and Branded customers.
To complement our 60,000 sq.ft. main manufacturing site, Expac is thrilled to announce the next phase of our evolution as we start the installation at our new second site – a 3,500 sq.ft. Commercial Centre and an additional 16,500 sq.ft. warehouse facility, also based in Leyland, Lancashire. We are on track and opening on 4th January 2021.
