EXPAC INVESTS IN A NEW ALCOHOL FILLING PLANT

Over the past few years Expac has seen some good growth; this growth enabled us to invest in our new factory and was a key driving factor behind the inception of the Expac Development Scheme (EDS). The first major project of the EDS is to invest in a new 1,500 sq ft alcohol filling hall. The 2 alcohol filling lines shall be directly supplied by an 8,000 litre alcohol tank, which in turn shall allow us to offer an output of 15,000 units per day at maximum capacity.

This new filling hall shall be fully segregated by Coldstore Panelling; this shall reduce any potential risk of cross contamination between the different production areas. The area shall be fully ventilated to allow regular air changes to fall in line with health and safety requirements. The initial planning stages of this project started in February and with all finance in place it is scheduled to be completed early May, with production lines being functional for the middle of May.

Please take a look through the images and follow the progress of the project with us.
